Nobody knows about the Wasteland and its inhabitants more than Nomads. It's hard to say what kind of knowledge they used this time, but the radiator "Seal" surpasses all expectations.

Increases time until weapon is overheated by 80%.
For shotguns, the bonus is 44%.
