After the major cities turned into mass graves, people were afraid for many years to return to the ruins, preferring to settle in more secluded and free places from the past. But the desire to trade and enjoy the benefits of a lost civilization of loners, and then the whole gang in these frightening places.

At one time, CHP supplied cheap, though not very clean, electricity to a neighboring town, a chemical plant, and many small villages. After the disaster, it remained a source of light and heat for the inhabitants of the Valley, but already in the form of coal. And when its reserves were over, it became a transit point for brave men going to the Necropolis.

Today Central is a fairly large settlement, attracting treasure hunters, mercenaries and other rabble. The buildings and shops of the old power station were overgrown with shabby dwellings built as far as possible from the ground. After all, the place is often subjected to attacks by raiders, and something worse happens at night, so that rarely anyone settles there for a long time.
