Description

The Steppenwolfs were among the first to integrate built-in scopes into their cabins. But rumors and parts can quickly spread throughout the Valley, and soon any survivor had access to such equipment. Then the soldiers augmented their development with a digital zooming technology, and this kind of intricate modification was available to far fewer people.
